Buttermilk 3/4 cup |
| Grated coconut 1/2 cup |

For seasoning
| Ingredients |
| Oil 2 tsps |
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp |
| Black peppers 5 |
Fenugreek 1/2 tsp |
Method
- Heat oil and add all seasonings. Keep it aside and allow it to cool.
- Add seasoning to grated coconut and grind finely mixing water.
- Then add buttermilk and salt according to your taste. Mix it with plain rice and eat.
