Ingredients
Green chillies 2 Buttermilk 3/4 cup
Grated coconut 1/2 cup

For seasoning

Ingredients
Oil 2 tsps Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Black peppers 5 Fenugreek 1/2 tsp

Method

  1. Heat oil and add all seasonings. Keep it aside and allow it to cool.
  2. Add seasoning to grated coconut and grind finely mixing water.
  3. Then add buttermilk and salt according to your taste. Mix it with plain rice and eat.
