Ingredients
Maida - 1 cup Finely cut green chillies - 1 tablespoon
Rice flour - 1/4 cup Chopped cilantro (coriander)
Rava - 2 tablespoons Curry leaves
Thick sour yoghurt - 3/4 cup Cooking soda - 1 pinch
Chopped Spinach or (any other greens of your choice) - 1/2 cup Salt
Chopped onions - 1/4 cup

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together (except the greens and cooking soda) and keep this mixture closed for 6 hrs. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Mix the chopped greens and the cooking soda to the above said mixture.
  3. Make lemon sized balls out of this mixture and deep fry few balls at a time, until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
