Ingredients
1 kg Beef (cut into small cubes)
Masalas
1 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Cumin
6-8 Garlic Flakes Grind these ingredients into a paste.
2” ginger 8 Onions (sliced thick)
8 Peppercorns 6 Green Chillies (salt into halves)
8 Cloves ½ tsp Sugar
2” Cinnamon 100 ml Oil

Method

  1. Apply salt and the ground masala to the meat. Cook this meat till done.
  2. Fry the onions till light brown, add the green chillies and the meat and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the sugar and mix well.
